The complexity of blockchain lies in the fact that it plays with many “little things” at once. Blockchain is not expensive to implement. It may get expensive as we often skip fundamental steps. This is because we often do not know what to do with it.

An error in one of them ruins a meaningful project. From a consultant point of view, we have to know how to handle and interpret all of them to make sense of it as a whole. And for this, a broad knowledge of the ecosystem is essential.
