Garry joined OARO from BAE, one of the world’s largest defence businesses; where he was Managing Director leading BAE’s global Financial Services division. Prior to BAE, Harrison was General Manager for Banking and Capital Markets at DXC Technology. He brings to OARO his extensive experience and proven track record in scaling and accelerating growth within the technology sector, historically working with major global banks within senior management at IBM, Wipro, and Atos Origin (formerly KPMG).
Ariano is a telecommunications engineer and the lead innovator behind OARO’s technology. Prior to OARO, he worked as a blockchain consultant and co-founder of DTI Consulting. Ariano has extensive experience working with Javascript, PHP, Java, Swift, Solidity, and frameworks such as Symphony, CodeIgniter, and React. His education includes an MBA from the European University of Madrid, a Masters in Mobile Application Development for iOS and Android. He also holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering.

Alejandro joined OARO after 24 years leading the conceptualization and execution of high-impact digital projects and technical/creative innovation for various multinationals including Facebook and Twitter. Alejandro has global experience in countless collaborations in consulting, product design and digital project management for major worldwide brands that includes: Samsung, Vocento Group, BBVA, Disney and Microsoft.
Alejandro has also been a regular partner of agencies such as Oglilvy & Mather, JWT and Hogarths for the definition and execution of innovative digital-based campaigns, which in 2014 and 2015 came first place at the El Sol Festival of Advertising Communication.
Kamel is a Sales & Business development leader with more than 20+ years of experience across different verticals of Aviation, Defence & Banking in North America, Middle East, Africa and the Indian subcontinent. Over the last 13 years, he has helped the Aviation industry in almost every aspect of its growth; offering solutions for sales distribution strategy, airline & airports operations, passenger experience, aircraft maintenance and recovery overhaul – amongst other domains. Formerly, Kamel was the Regional Director of new business with Sabre, one of the largest Travel Tech companies. As VP of Sales & Business Development for OARO, Kamel leads the Aviation vertical.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, Lea went on to amass over 25 years experience in senior finance & operational roles with global suppliers such as EDS/HP/HPE/DXC. His experience also includes appointments with large UK Government departments including The Inland Revenue, Department for Work & Pensions and the UK Ministry of Defence. Lea has also led commercial contracts with Rolls Royce, RBS, Abbey and Barclays. .
Luke is a goal-orientated and entrepreneurial Sales and Business Development Commercial Director with over 25 years industry recognised expertise in fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven service industries, specifically within physical and digital events. Proven brand-building experience from start-up to global multinational. Consistently driving growth, customer service, and operational improvement for long-term bottom-line results. He has developed and managed events across Europe, North America & Asia. Luke was the first BDD to launch events in Asia, with great success and partnerships that still exist today.
Hardy brings to OARO over 22+ years of commercial marketing expertise, having successfully scaled and led high performance teams and agency relationships across a number of blue-chips and growth start-ups. This includes previous senior roles at Experian, Volkswagen Group and CitiGroup.
During his career he has worked across multiple sectors such as FS, Retail, Tech and Hospitality. His extensive experience includes: Global Multi-Channel Strategy, D2C + B2B Digital Growth, Acquisition & Demand Generation, SaaS, Subscriptions, CRM, CRO, PR & Brand.
Hardy has also undertaken non-exec advisory roles, including for a US based FS platform powering de-fi, crypto, banks and intermediaries.
